With over 20 years of experience, Cath Cumine brings dynamic Ashtanga yoga to life—blending tradition with adaptability for a challenging yet rewarding practice.

I started practicing yoga over 20 years ago and have tried almost every form that is out there mostly enjoying the more dynamic forms. In 2012 I trained with the British School of Yoga in Ashtanga and started to teach classes around Pembrokeshire. To add to my repertoire I completed my training in pre and post-natal yoga teaching in 2015 and I have continued to develop my practice and refine my understanding over the last 20 years. Ashtanga is a very dynamic and athletic form of hatha yoga, made up of six series or levels, with a fixed order of postures. In my classes we’ll follow the sequences and pace of Ashtanga with some adaptions. It may be quite a challenging form of yoga but I can guarantee you’re going to love it.
