Bowl was set up following my decision that I wanted to bring açai along with other superfood bowls to Pembs that were equal parts nourishing and delicious.

We currently cater for special events and retreats and will be doing pre-order bowls for Friday Sun-Flow morning sessions over the Summer that are available for anyone to order.

Whilst we won't be open on an everyday basis there will be plenty of opportunities for you to try our Bowls. If you have any enquiries about catering for your event get in touch.
